Our puppy wellness plan includes a series of physical examinations, the full core vaccination schedule, deworming, fecal testing, parasite prevention, microchipping, and guidance on nutrition, socialization, and behavior. We also discuss spay or neuter timing and answer any questions you have at each visit.

Most adult cats benefit from a wellness exam once a year. Cats between 7 and 10 years of age may benefit from twice-yearly assessments as their risk of age-related conditions increases. Our team will recommend the appropriate frequency based on your cat’s health history and lifestyle.

Senior wellness plans incorporate additional screening, including geriatric blood panels, blood pressure monitoring, and kidney function assessment. These additions allow our team to identify age-related changes earlier and develop supportive management plans tailored to your senior pet’s evolving needs.

Dogs are generally considered senior at 7 years of age, though large and giant breeds may reach senior status earlier, around 5 to 6 years. Cats are typically considered senior at 10 to 12 years of age. Individual health status and breed also influence when more frequent monitoring becomes appropriate.

Common signs include persistent scratching, especially around the neck, base of the tail, and belly. You may also notice small black specks on the coat, hair loss from scratching, or skin redness and irritation. Some pets react intensely to even one flea bite.
